Oral hygiene is critical to your overall well-being. Dental problems can give you physical and mental stress, along with cavities and gum diseases.

Cut down your sugar intake: The bad bacteria in your mouth feasts on sugar and generates dental plaque. This plaque dissolves minerals and erodes tooth enamel to form a cavity.

Cut down on smoke: Smoking hampers your oral health and causes various tooth and gum diseases. Cut down on tobacco consumption for healthy teeth and gum.

Eat healthy foods: A healthy body needs healthy eating habits. So, does your teeth. Eat more fruits and vegetables and less sweets and junks to keep your teeth healthy.
